Apply to dry, clean skin or damp skin (wet it first at the sink or in the shower) — just don't let water run over your skin while you're actually applying the scrub. Leave it on anywhere from one minute up to thirty, as long as it's comfortable. You may feel a little stinging in the first minute or two — if it gets uncomfortable before that passes, rinse it off right away.
